Meet the owner
Owner-led. On the project, not just on the phone.
JR General Building is owner-led. The same person who walks the site at the quote stage is the one running the project once work begins, coordinating trades, checking the finish, and signing off the handover.
The owner trained originally as a plasterer — interiors are the part of the build he sees as the finishing signature. The wider crew is deliberately small so every project gets full attention.

CSCS-registered crews on site — Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards confirm competence and health & safety training across the team.
