Groundwork — how we deliver it.
Groundwork is in the family DNA — three generations of hands-on experience starting with a grandfather who ran groundworks and drove plant. We set out, excavate, lay foundations, run drainage and prepare bases for extensions, driveways and patios. Marshalls-accredited and SMAS Worksafe, with the right plant on site for the job.
What we do on site
- Site survey, set-out and levels checked against drawings
- Excavation, concrete foundations and oversite preparation
- Drainage runs, manholes and connection to existing services
- Compacted sub-base ready for slabs, blocks, resin or returfing
When this is the right call
- Starting an extension, garage or outbuilding
- New driveway, patio or garden landscaping
- Failing drainage, ponding or settlement issues
- Site clearance and preparation ahead of a build
